1. Cancellations

  • You can cancel a service by emailing us at support@wapixindia.space.
  • For monthly plans: Cancel at least 48 hours before the next billing date.
  • For one-time or yearly plans: Cancel within 7 days of purchase if the service hasn’t been used.

 

2. Refunds

You may request a refund if:

  • The service was not delivered as promised.
  • There was a technical issue from our side.
  • You cancel within the allowed time.

Refunds are NOT available if:

  • You changed your mind after using the service.
  • You broke our Terms of Service.
  • The service was a custom, one-time, or non-refundable item (like domain registration or custom development).

 

3. How Refunds Work

  • Approved refunds go back to your original payment method.
  • It may take 7–10 business days to reflect in your account.
  • Processing fees or bank charges may not be refunded.

 

4. Non-Refundable Services

We do not refund:

  • Domain names
  • Custom projects
  • Downloaded digital products
  • Services that have already been delivered or used

If you’re not happy with a decision, email us at support@wapixindia.space and include your Order ID. We’ll review your request again.

 

6. Updates to This Policy

We may update this policy anytime. Changes will be posted on this page with the new date.
